How do I get a quote?

For instant quotes on basic box types such as mailer boxes, folding carton boxes, and display boxes, more advanced customization options, or would like to request custom quotes, we recommend using JWD Essentials. All you need is a valid email address to get started!

Determine your packaging needs: This includes things like the type of packaging you need, the size and shape of the packaging, the materials you want to use, the printing requirements, and the quantity you need.

To choose from packaging types on home page or share your layout.

Determine the size of the carton package as length x width x height.

All designs will be printed on this base material. Material options are available on JWD.

All designs will be printed in CMYK and will be coated with a default matte finish.

Our packaging is produced in our factory and shipped directly from China to your destination.

Box dimensions include length, width, height, and depth, which can technically mean something different to everyone. In order to ensure we know exactly which sides of your packaging these terms refer to, we’ve created these dimension guidelines for easy reference and communication.

  • All box dimensions are written as length x width x height. For example, 14″ x 11″ x 4″ means 14″ (L) x 11″ (W) x 4″ (H)”.
  • Please let us know if your box dimensions are inner or outer box dimensions.

Structural design

Once we receive your products, structural design will take around 7-10 business days. Learn more here.How much does structural design cost?The starting cost is USD 99 per structural design of the insert and/or box. For multiple insert designs, additionacharges will apply.

We’ll send you photos of the structural design we’ve created based on your requirements. Once you confirm onthe design, we’ll then send you the dieline of this design and a guote for your reference. lf you want us to sendyou the physical structural sample, this will come at an additional charge.

For minor revisions such as making the insert a tighter or looser fit, we include this as part of the initial cost.However, redesigns will be charged as a new structural design service. Redesigns can include chanqing theposition of products or using a different insert or box type. Be sure to communicate your requirements clearly tous so that we’re on the same page as you before we start the structural design process!

Yes, we must have your products on hand in order to create a design that has been structurally tested with your products. Without your products, it’s very difficult to create the perfect fit without testing it with your products

Payments, cancellations, refunds

We accept payment by credit card, debit card, or bank/wire transfer. For bank transfers, you must cover all bank charges from the transfer, which can include your bank’s processing fees and international bank transfer costs.Failure to make payment in full can cause production to be delayed. Please also be sure to email us a payment confirmation slip/screenshot when the transfer has been made.

Payment can be made anytime, but please note that we only start production once payment has been received.

Refunds & Returns

Refunds & Cancellations

  • If any work has been done by JWD upon Order Acceptance, including, but not limited to: dieline design, artwork design, artwork modifications, structural design, or sample creation, refunds can be given after deducting the cost of the work done by JWD and deducting the transaction fees incurred from the original order.
  • If no work has been done by JWD upon Order Acceptance, refunds can be given after deducting the cost of transaction fees incurred from the original order.
  • No refunds will be given if we have not received any form of written communication from you after 30 days from our last email written communication to you.

Returns & Replacements

  • You are responsible for inspecting and confirming the quality of all of your Products upon receipt. If you feel like the Products did not meet your quality standards, please contact us within 30 days of the Arrival Date. In order for us to investigate any quality issues, we will need your full cooperation, which includes sending us sufficient information, photos, and videos as requested by JWD. No replacements, refunds, or returns will be given if we do not receive sufficient information needed to properly investigate the issue.
  • No replacements, refunds, or returns will be given after 30 days of the Arrival Date. Should we, in our sole discretion, decide to replace any products or to refund or credit to you any amounts paid for an order, that replacement, refund, or credit shall constitute our entire, sole and exclusive liability, and your sole and exclusive remedy, with respect to that order.
  • If you dispute any charge that is made to your credit/debit card, you agree that JWD may authorize a third party vendor to handle and seek to resolve such dispute on JWD’s behalf, which may include JWD providing such vendor with the following information: your name, address, email address, phone number and the first 6 and last 4 digits of your credit/debit card number. You agree that JWD may provide such information to the third party vendor and that the third party vendor may further disclose that information to your credit/debit card company, the bank issuing the credit/debit card and JWD’s merchant processing company for the purpose of resolving the dispute. JWD will endeavor to have the third party vendor agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information.
  • If you dispute valid charges made by JWD to your credit/debit card and your dispute is subsequently found to be fraudulent, you agree to reimburse JWD for JWD’s expenses (including bank’s and attorney’s fees) incurred in connection with resolving the dispute.
