Whiteboard paper

Whiteboard paper is a type of cardboard with a smooth white front and a mostly gray back. It is mainly used to make cardboard boxes for packaging after single-sided color printing. The size of the whiteboard paper is 787mm X 1092mm, and the size of the large paper is 889mm X 1194mm. Other specifications or rolls of paper can be produced according to the order contract.The microstructure of whiteboard paper is a network structure composed of various plant fibers interwoven with each other, and some fillers, adhesives, and colorants are added to the pores between the fibers to meet the characteristics of the paper itself.
Adding fillers can improve the whiteness, smoothness, and opacity of paper; Adding adhesive can make the paper have a certain degree of water resistance, and it is not easily soaked by water or other liquids.
Adding colorants can enhance the whiteness of whiteboard paper.The fiber structure of whiteboard paper is uniform, with filler and adhesive components, and the surface is coated with a certain amount of paint. After multiple roller polishing treatments, the texture of the cardboard is tight and the thickness is uniform. The paper surface is white and smooth, with even ink absorption. There is less surface peeling and shedding, and the paper is strong and has good folding resistance, but the water content is high, usually around 10%, which has a certain degree of elasticity and can have a certain impact on printing.

White cardboard

White cardboard is a multi-layer bonded paper made entirely from bleached chemical pulp and fully glued. It has undergone calendering treatment and is suitable for packaging high-grade toothpaste, with a general weight range of 210~400g/m2. The characteristics of white cardboard are: high smoothness, good stiffness, clean appearance, and good uniformity. White cardboard has high requirements for whiteness, with A grade whiteness not less than 92% and B grade whiteness not less than 87%.

White cardboard also requires high stiffness, burst resistance, and smoothness, with a flat surface that is free of streaks, spots, and no warping or deformation.

Laser card paper

A type of cardboard with grating effect, production method:

① Using UV transfer printing technology, apply a layer of UV oil on the surface of the cardboard through rubber cloth, and then transfer the light column film or specific pattern to the printing paper through a roller, so that the surface of the paper produces a light column with a laser effect. ② Directly composite BOPP or PET laser film with cardboard.

Vacuum aluminum plated cardboard

Vacuum aluminum plated cardboard has a metallic luster and is a novel packaging material. This type of paper has a bright color, strong metallic feel, and a bright and elegant print. It can replace the extensive hot stamping of printed materials, adding icing on the cake to the beautification of the product.Vacuum aluminum plated cardboard is made by heating the aluminum wire at around 1400 degrees Celsius in high vacuum, using resistance, high-frequency or electron beam heating, and then attaching it to the paper substrate. According to its production process, it can be divided into two types: direct evaporation plating (paper surface aluminum plating) and transfer evaporation plating (film surface aluminum plating).

The direct evaporation plating method is to pre coat the surface of cardboard to improve its surface smoothness and brightness, and then directly place the paper in a vacuum aluminum plating machine for aluminum plating.

The transfer evaporation method involves placing a PET film in a vacuum aluminum plating machine for aluminum plating, coating it with glue and laminating it with cardboard, and then peeling off the PET film. The aluminum molecular layer is transferred to the surface of the cardboard through adhesive action.

Kraft cardboard

Kraft cardboard, also known as cardboard in China, is one of the main types of paper used for cardboard boxes. Chinese cardboard boxes are divided into three levels: premium, first-class, and qualified. The texture of kraft paper must be tough, with high burst resistance, ring compression strength, and tear resistance, as well as high water resistance. Due to differences in technology and materials used, overall, especially the quality of American made kraft paper is the best. The testing items include: quantification, thickness, tightness, burst resistance, burst index, ring compression strength, transverse ring compression index, fracture length, tearing degree, glue application degree, moisture content, horizontal quantitative difference, lateral bending resistance, etc.

Corrugated base paper

Corrugated base paper is one of the important components of corrugated cardboard production. Corrugated base paper requires good fiber bonding strength, smooth paper surface, good tightness and stiffness, and a certain degree of elasticity to ensure that the produced cardboard box has shock resistance and pressure resistance. In addition, the moisture index should be controlled. If the moisture is too small, the paper will be brittle, and it may break during corrugated processing; Excessive moisture and soft paper can cause difficulties in processing and forming. The moisture content of general paper should be controlled at around 10%. Chinese corrugated base paper is divided into four grades: A, B, C, and D.
